Alexis is a 200hr registered yoga teacher and enjoys connecting with and helping others. Practicing yoga for more than 10 years, her dream of becoming a yoga teacher was solidified by her time spent in Bali. Alexis enjoys exploring new places and as a Maine native, loves adventuring the beautiful state. She strives to maintain a balance of a healthy lifestyle through fitness, nutrition and mindfulness. Yoga has been a staple in her overall wellness journey.

Sarah is specializes in circuit training, getting as much as you can out of a short amount of time.She offers various types of training from conditioning for long distance running to strength training programs that would be great for triathlon participants as well as building training plans for people looking to race! On top of that she is a seasoned nutrition coach who specializes in plant based nutrition.
